Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains

Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains (dříve známý jako Ilmor Engineering a Mercedes-Benz High Performance Engines) je výrobce motorů pro monoposty Formule 1, kterého vlastní společnost Mercedes-Benz.

Společnost dodávala motory týmu Sauber (1994), McLaren (1995–2014, 2021–), Force India (2009–2018), Brawn (2009), továrnímu týmu Mercedes (2010–), Williams (2014–), Lotus (2015), Manor Racing (2016), Racing Point Force India (2018), Racing Point (2019–2020) a Aston Martin (2021–2025). Od roku 2026 bude dodávat motory týmu Alpine. Týmy s motory Mercedes dokázaly získat 11 titulů mezi jezdci a 11 titulů mezi konstruktéry.

Zázemí Ilmor byl založen Mario Illienem a Paulem Morganem v roce 1983, jako nezávislý Britský výrobce motorů pro Formuli 1. Jméno společnosti bylo složeno z části příjmení obou zakladatelů. První vlastní motory byly sestaveny pro IndyCars.

Daimler-Benz získal 25% podíl od Chevroletu v roce 1993. V roce 2002 Daimler AG zvýšil svůj podíl ve firmě na 55 % a přejmenoval společnost na Mercedes-Ilmor. V roce 2005 se Daimler stal jediným vlastníkem firmy a přejmenoval ji na Mercedes-Benz High Performance Engines Ltd.
