Protosquillidae — семейство раков-богомолов из надсемейства GonodactyloideaProtosquillidae Manning, 1980 marinespecies.org.
Описание Тело субцилиндрическое, сочленение компактное. Роговица глаза с шестью рядами прямоугольных омматидиев в средней полосе. Третий и четвертый максиллипеды с яйцевидными проподами, не ребристыми или бусинчатыми снизу. Тельсон с отчетливым срединным выступом, без отчетливого киля; субмедианные зубцы с подвижными вершинами. Уроподальный протопод с двумя первичными шипами; сочленение сегментов экзопода терминальное; дистальные шипы на внешнем крае уроподального экзопода тонкие, прямые или слегка изогнутые, не сильно загнутые вперед. Ростральная пластинка трехлопастная. Антеннальный протопод дорсально с фиксированным, направленным вперед шипом или зубом. Хищнический коготь с субтерминальным ишиомеральным сочленением; окклюзионный край проподуса редко гребенчатый; дактилус с гладким или микроскопически зазубренным окклюзионным краем и сильно вздутой пяткой на наружном проксимальном крае.
