Biografia Dopo le scuole superiori, Shyla si trasferisce a Vancouver, dove inizia a lavorare come spogliarellista e a posare per servizi di nudo. Nell'agosto 2000 si trasferisce a Los Angeles, dove inizia a lavorare per la Anabolic Productions. Nel giugno 2002 ricompare coi capelli biondi, dopo essersi sottoposta a un intervento di chirurgia estetica ai seni. La Stylez lavora per la Jill Kelly Productions dal 2002 al 2005 fino al fallimento della società.

Recita in un film non pornografico interpretando, sotto lo pseudonimo di Amanda Auclair, l'archeologa Dana in Alabama Jones and the Busty Crusade. Dopo un'interruzione di un paio d'anni, Shyla ricomincia a realizzare film.
