Myrmaplata è un genere di ragni appartenente alla famiglia Salticidae.
Distribuzione Le 5 specie sono state reperite in Asia sudorientale (Malaysia, Laos, Singapore), e in India, Cina e Sri Lanka.
Tassonomia Per la descrizione delle caratteristiche di questo genere sono stati esaminati gli esemplari tipo di Salticus plataleoides .
Non sono stati esaminati esemplari di questo genere dal 2020.

Sinonimi Myrmaplata daitarensis (); posta in sinonimia con M. plataleoides a seguito di un lavoro degli aracnologi Edmunds & Prószynski del 2003. Myrmaplata megachelae (); posta in sinonimia con M. plataleoides a seguito di un lavoro di Caleb (2020b).
