Linlongopterus („křídlo lesního draka“) byl rod pterodaktyloidního ptakoještěra, který žil v období rané křídy (věk apt, asi před 120 miliony let) na území dnešní Číny (provincie Liao-ning).https://pteros.com/pterosaurs/linlongopterus/
Popis
Linlongopterus byl menším pterosaurem, jeho lebka dosahovala podle odhadů paleontologů délky kolem 45 cm a rozpětí jeho křídel činilo přibližně 2,5 metru. Jeho fosilie byly objeveny v sedimentech geologického souvrství Ťiou-fo-tchang na území okresu Ťien-čchang v západní části čínské provincie Liao-ning. Formálně byl taxon Linlongopterus jennyae popsán v roce 2015.Rodrigues, T.; et al. (2015). Systematika Dnes bývá rod Linlongopterus řazen do kladu Istiodactyliformes a jeho nejbližšími vývojovými příbuznými jsou pravděpodobně rody Haopterus, Yixianopterus a Mimodactylus. Dále pak mohou být jeho vývojovými příbuznými všichni známí zástupci čeledi Istiodactylidae.Shun-Xing, J.; et al. (2021).
