Tranmere Rovers FC (celým názvem: Tranmere Rovers Football Club) je anglický fotbalový klub, který sídlí ve městě Birkenhead (přístav naproti Liverpoolu) v metropolitním hrabství Merseyside. Založen v roce 1884 pod názvem Belmont FC. Od sezóny 2019/20 hraje v EFL League One (třetí nejvyšší soutěž v Anglii) ze které ale opět po jedné sezoně sestoupil.
Své domácí zápasy odehrává na stadionu Prenton Park s kapacitou 16 567 diváků.
