El BAFTA a la millor pel·lícula (BAFTA Award for Best Film) és un dels premis BAFTA atorgats per la British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) en una cerimònia anual des de 1949, en reconeixement de la millors pel·lícules. Fins al 1969 es va anomenar BAFTA a la millor pel·lícula de qualsevol procedència (BAFTA Award for Best Film From Any Source).
Poden ser nominades a aquesta categoria les pel·lícules de qualsevol país, tot i que les britàniques també estan reconegudes en la categoria BAFTA a la millor pel·lícula britànica i, des de 1983, les que són en llengua estrangera en el BAFTA a la millor pel·lícula en llengua no anglesa. Hi ha hagut diverses ocasions en què una pel·lícula ha estat nominada en dues d'aquestes categories.
