Cryptoheros myrnae és una espècie de peix de la família dels cíclids i de l'ordre dels perciformes.
Morfologia Els mascles poden assolir els 8 cm de longitud total.
Distribució geogràfica És endèmic de l'Amèrica Central: Costa Rica i Panamà.
