Масонская ложа (ад анг. lodge — дамок, старажоўка, прытулак, далей ад назвы — будаўнічая майстэрня) — месца, памяшканне, дзе збіраюцца масоны для правядзення сваіх збораў, якія таксама завуцца работамі. Ложа з'яўляецца асноўнай арганізацыйнай адзінкай масонства. Кожная новая ложа павінна мець выдадзены вялікай ложай «патэнт», які дае ёй права збірацца і праводзіць работы.
